A. No worries, you can always reset your password. To reset your password, please click on the Forgot Password in the login page

Q. Do I need to set up and account with you?

A. Yes, you do need to create an account in Mepod to use its services.

Q. How do I get the verified badge?

A. Verified badge in Mepod is available to known entity/individual. You can always get your account verified by Settings > Account > Request Verification.
The verification process may take upto 5-7 days.

Q. How do I get Mepod in Iphone?

A. Unfortunately our services are not currenty supported on iOS devices. We're working on it for you and will open the services soon.

Q. How do I delete my account?

A. You can always choose to opt out from our service by simply deactivating your account. To deactive, please go to the settings > account > deactivate my account.

Q. My account has been suspended?

A. We really regret if your account has been suspended. We’re committed to moderating the public conversation and creating a safe environment for everyone on Mepod. We suspend accounts that violate the Mepod Rules.
